'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Levein Hails Henderson

Manager Craig Levein has heaped praise on goalkeeper Paul Henderson following his display in last nights Carling Cup game.

Leics were 1-0 winners over Cardiff in the Cup clash thanks to a goal from Johansson.

'In the last five minutes they threw everything at us and we have Paul Henderson to thank for three fantastic saves in the dying minutes.

'Paul did well for us at the end of the game but without the defence, midfield and forwards doing a professional job we wouldn't have won.

'We restricted them to just one or two shots on goal which away from home isn't easy to do, especially against a decent strike-force. But Paul was really good because he kept his concentration for long periods of the game when we were on top.'
