Setback for Wesolowski
James Wesolowski's much-anticipated return to Leicester City football action has been hindered by 'a little set-back'.
Speaking to the official Leicester City website, broken leg victim Wesolowski failed to detail precisely the nature of the hiccup but said 'I should back in two to three weeks.'
The talented 18-year-old was very much in manager Craig Levein's first team plans until suffering his horrific injury in a tackle with Celtic's Bobo Balde back in July.
His recent appearances on the training ground after intensive and ongoing rehabilitation led to hopes that Wesolowski would be playing early in the New Year.
Now the young Australian - an impressive member of his country's World Youth Championships team, might have to be a little more patient.
Wesolowski was having an outstanding game against Celtic before he was injured and his absence has been a major setback to the club.
The incident prompted great anger among the fans and even calls from for the Scottish club to pay some sort of compensation for what happened but nothing futher was heard.
