James Pleased To Be Back

James Pleased To Be Back

Matty James has said players can get a little bored if they are away from football for too long, so he's delighted to be back in training now.

The 21 year old enjoyed his time off but he told lcfc.com that the break had been long enough, and now he can't wait to get back playing again.

'You get a bit bored sometimes when you have quite a long period of time off and I'm quite excited to be back and I'm looking forward to the new season.'

James adds that at the moment Pearson has some youngsters from the reserves training with the first team and that does help keep the seniors on their toes because obviously they are looking to impress and maybe get a shot themselves this term.

James obviously points out that pre season is important for us this year as we have to be more consistent in the league if we are to achieve promotion this time round.
