Keane Thanks The Fans

Keane Thanks The Fans

On loan Manchester United defender Michael Keane has thanked the Leicester faithful for the support he received during his spell at the club.

The 20 year old joined Leicester back in November and went on to forge quite a decent partnership with Wes Morgan in our defence, making 27 appearances.

Speaking to lcfc.com the player said.

'I'd just like to say thanks to every single one of the Leicester fans for all the support they've given me. When I first came to Leicester I didn't really expect it to be as good a journey as it has been, and it wouldn't have been anywhere near as good as it was if it hadn't have been for the fans.'

Keane says that he has loved his time at the club and he can't thank everybody enough for how they have treated him and helped him develop over the months he's been here.

Be interesting to see if Nigel Pearson goes back in for him and maybe on a permanent basis over the summer.
