As a new feature for Vital Leicester we have contacted somebody who claims they can predict the result of every Leicester City game. Due to this we asked him what he believed would happen today at the Leicester City versus Colchester United game.
Vital: Hello
FFF: I knew you were going to say that
Vital: Please make your prediction for today`s game
FFF: I believe that today`s game will be a tight affair between two teams that will not want to lose. Colchester were promoted for League One last season and so far this season have made a good account of themselves, picking up 10pts which sees them lying in 16th position.
Leicester have struggled to show any real form so far this season, although the draw against Sunderland last Saturday and 3-1 win against Hereford midweek, might give the Leicester players some confidence.
The first goal of the game is pivotal; if Leicester can score the goal then it will ease the crowd`s anxieties and should see Leicester go on to comfortably win the game. However, if Colchester were to score the first goal then it could lead to the home crowd turning against the home team and could see the U`s leaving the Walkers with at least a point.
Vital: You have hedged your bets there really, haven`t you?
FFF: …There are so many different possibilities for the future; I can only give you a guideline on the possible outcomes.
Vital: Give us a score line
FFF: 2-1
Vital: who to?
FFF: Only the future will tell…
