Brighton Can Be Our Turning Point

Brighton Can Be Our Turning Point

Andy King believes that Brighton will prove to be our turning point as we look to get back to winning ways.

Speaking to the Leicester Mercury King said he believes that the performance shows we are back on the right track again.

'We are massively disappointed not to have got all three points. We played well, got ourselves into the lead and were looking fairly comfortable, so for them to score right at the end was disappointing. It was a much better performance. We owed the supporters a performance, we owed ourselves a performance and I think that is what we got.'

King adds that if the team keep up that standard of performance in our coming games, he more than believes we will pick up the points we need to secure a play off position come the end of the season.

He also dismisses the speculation surrounding Nigel Pearson, saying that the team are completely behind the gaffer and again the performance against Brighton showed that.
