Pearson Disappointed Again

Pearson Disappointed Again

Nigel Pearson has admitted he was disappointed with the draw today, because we had the chances to win the game.

Speaking to lcfc.com following 1-1 draw with Brighton today, Pearson was left ruing our failure to take our chances once again.

'I think they will be more satisfied with the draw than we are as we had our chances. Unfortunately we're out of the habit of winning games, and that's the thing that's holding us back at the moment. It was a much better performance than the one against Barnsley, but we need to get back to winning ways.'

In an effort to shake things up, Pearson made five changes for the game and there are signs of encouragement for him, but we need the wins to get ourselves back into the play off pack.

'I think when you go the number of games that we've gone without winning games, then it puts added pressure on. It was an honest performance with discipline and we created a number of chances. We just have to take positives from the game going into the next one.'
