Pearson Passes Praise To The Players

Nigel Pearson has lauded the togetherness and spirit of the Leicester camp following our 2-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday today.

Speaking to lcfc.com following the game, Pearson said.

'I thought the side that went out there today did a really good job and it's about a group ethic if you're going to get any success. The team ethic is crucial and that gives us the foundation to get performance like we had today. It wasn't overly sparkling, but it was thoroughly professional. The most important element today was winning the game and, while I wouldn't say we were comfortable, it was well deserved.'
