'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Pearson Furious With Officials Again

Nigel Pearson has again slammed poor refereeing for our failure to take all three points in today's contest with Nottingham Forest.

Speaking to lcfc.com following the 2-2 draw and that dodgy penalty, Pearson said.

'You can tell I'm not happy about it and I've seen on the TV again and basically it's a good challenge. He gets the ball, the referee is in a good position, full stop.'

As for our overall performance, Pearson thinks we did more than enough to take all 3 points, even allowing for the derby aspects.

'I thought we did ok today, it's always going to be a tight game and I'm sure they'll be delighted with the point. I thought we played pretty well today, did enough to win. That's life, there will be other days I'm sure.'
