'If It's Football, It's Vital'

We didn't Do Enough Again - Pearson

Nigel Pearson has admitted that we again failed to perform as we can do against Watford.

Speaking to lcfc.com following the disappointing 2-1 loss, Pearson said.

'It's disappointing that we've had two games in a row where we haven't done enough ourselves. We underperformed again and had too many players that didn't hit the levels we have so far this season. In this division, it's difficult to carry players that aren't performing particularly well. Give them credit, they played some good football, but we didn't do enough to get the win we were looking for.'

Most of us were hoping that the Palace result was just a blip, but two on the trot where we can't even claim to have been particularly unlucky will give rise to worries about our consistency issues again.
