King Power International Take Full Control
Today, King Power International have taken direct ownership of the club.
KPI is owned by the Raksriaksorn Family and is the parent, holding company of the King Power Group of companies.
There is no change in the board or management of the company, and the move has been approved by the Football League.
Speaking to lcfc.com about the change in ownership, Aiyawatt Raksriaksorn said.
'This is all part of our plan to fund and deliver a programme of long term, sustainable success. The last two years have been an incredible experience and we firmly believe we have the key elements in place, both on and off the pitch, to take Leicester City back to the Premier League.'
