Pearson Again Looking For Consistency
Nigel Pearson has called on the team to return to winning ways against what will be a difficult Blackpool side.
Speaking to lcfc.com ahead of the clash, the gaffer said we have to get back to the type of performances we were putting in against Blackburn and Charlton.
'We're playing against a side currently at the top that have started the season very well and our level of performance needs to be what it was prior to the midweek game.'
Are we not saying Burton now?
'If we can get that type of performance on a regular basis we will win games. That's the benchmark performance we're looking for and we also have to turn those performances into results. The focus for this weekend is to win the game.'
He's right, play like we are capable of and we'll win more than we lose, but again it comes down to playing like that on a consistent basis.
