Pearson - No Excuses
Well that's true, there's not.
Speaking to lcfc.com after the embarrassing 4-2 loss to Burton Albion, Pearson said simply.
'It was an awful performance. We ended up being embarrassed. It was a poor performance and a very poor result. I know we made a lot of changes, but there have been players that have felt they possibly haven't had the opportunities they would have liked so far this season. A number of them had the chance and they clearly haven't taken it.'
Pearson adds that in the last couple of games we can consider ourselves unfortunate, but last night there was no hiding place and we didn't deserve a single thing from the game as we 'were exceptionally poor'.
Sums it up quite well doesn't it.
