Repeat The Performance, Take Our Chances

Repeat The Performance, Take Our Chances

Nigel Pearson has told the squad to repeat their second half performance when we face Blackburn, but to take our chances this time round.

Speaking to lcfc.com ahead of this weekend's game, Pearson has said he will be more than pleased if we show the same kind of application as we did in the second half, but it's imperative that we finish our chances and ensure we take all three points.

'We need to find out chances. I'm happy that we created a lot and I'm confident that on another day we will make that happen. It'll be a tough game for us, but if we play with the same dynamic application as we did in the second half on Tuesday, I'm sure we'll cause them a few problems. It's a game we want to win,but it's another tough fixture.'

Pearson adds that given our start to the season and the level we are playing at, he's not going to let the loss fester in the dressing room or derail his plan for us this season, so tweaks will be made, but not wholescale changes to either the players or the tactics.
