'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Home Debut Delight Leaves Liam Wanting Moore

Liam Moore has said he wants to find the consistency necessary to stay alongside Wes Morgan in the first team after making his home debut.

Speaking to lcfc.com the youngster said of his appearance at the King Power.

'My home debut, on the opening game of the season, in front of a big crowd, to get a win - I couldn't be happier. It's amazing to play on our home patch for the first time.'

Moore knows this is only the beginning for him, that he needs to continue to work hard and learn and keep impressing Nigel Pearson.

'It's a massive season for me, I'm 20 this year. I've managed to play a few, but I know I've got to be consistent to stay in the team. I'm learning new things every day, I'm full of confidence and I'm just happy to be playing.'
