Chelsea Can Inspire Us - Danns
Neil Danns has said the taste of Premiership opposition from playing Chelsea should inspire Leicester to finish the season strongly.
Speaking to lcfc.com after the heavy defeat, Danns believes the game should boost the players because that is the kind of quality they want to face and compete against in the league, and to achieve that we have to finish strongly and secure promotion.
'We wanted to take the game to Chelsea, but when you have players like Torres in the team and he's firing on all cylinders, we've seen how devasting he can be. We want to be playing those types of games week in and week out, against the kind of quality Chelsea possess.'
Leicester face an interesting run in over the next few games. Blackpool, Hull and Forest could see us close the 6 point gap if we can take our chances.
'We now go to Blackpool knowing what could be at the end of the tunnel if we can progress in the league. If we can win them then who knows?'
