Wellens - City Performance Was Uncharacteristic

Richie Wellens has described our performance against Bristol City as being uncharacteristic following our recent form, but he knows we have time to make up ground again.

Speaking to lcfc.com 3-2 loss he said.

'Tuesday was uncharacteristic in that recently the front two have been working really hard and setting the team off and the defence have been really good and consistent. We haven't looked like conceding goals since the Watford game. I think they had four chances all game and scored three.'

Wellens refuses to get too disheartened though as he knows there are enough games left for us to push ourselves up there.

'We have two games coming up now where we are playing teams in and around us where we can make points up.'
