Abe Returns To Japan

Abe Returns To Japan

Leicester have agreed to the mutual termination of Yuki Abe's contract with immediate effect.

After being at the Foxes for 17 months, Abe expressed a desire to return home to be closer to his family.

Speaking to lcfc.com after the deal was struck, Yuki said.

'My time in England has been a great experience for me and I am very grateful for the support I have received from my team mates, the staff and the fans. But the biggest challenge has been the time I have spent away from my young family in Japan and they must be my priority. Leicester is a great club with great supporters and I hope the team, under the manager's guidance, are able to achieve the success the fans deserve.'

The club obviously end by wishing Yuki and his family well for the future.

Good luck.
