Drinkwater Signs On

Drinkwater Signs On

Leicester City have announced the capture of Manchester United youngster Danny Drinkwater.

The 21 year old midfielder has joined for an undisclosed fee and is contracted to us until June 2015. Manager Nigel Pearson told lcfc.com.

'Danny is a player we have monitored for a long time, so we are delighted to bring him to the King Power Stadium. He will bring energy and creativity, we have been looking to strengthen and this signing begins that process. He is young and hungry and his ambitions match those of the club.'

The player could find himself in the squad for Monday.
