Pearson Taking The Cup Seriously

Nigel Pearson aims to give the travelling faithful something to celebrate tomorrow.

Speaking to lcfc.com Pearson said he would be taking the competition seriously because he knows exactly what it feels like to walk out at Wembley, and that is something no player should take for granted.

'I don't care what anyone says about our domestic cups, I've been fortunate enough to play in both finals and it really is a wonderful feeling. I still have the same respect for cup competitions that I have always had. We've sold out our full allocation, which shows what the fans think of it, and it's now up to us to replicate that and put on a really good performance.'
