Leicester Lose Pantsil And Bamba

Leicester Lose Pantsil And Bamba

John Pantsil and Sol Bamba have been called up by their respective national squads and will miss the FA Cup weekend, as well as potentially a number of league matches.

Both players have been called up as preparations begin for the 2012 African Cup of Nations.

Bamba joins up with the Ivory Coast whilst Pantsil joins up with Ghana.

The tournament runs from Jan 21 until Feb 12 and whilst the squad's will be whittled down to a final 23, you can't imagine either player returning to Leicester during this period.
