Pearson Looking For Posh Response

Nigel Pearson has said he is looking for a strong and positive response against Peterborough after suffering his first defeat since taking charge again.

Our unfortunate loss to Hull has got the manager looking for a sustained run of results to truly establish ourselves as promotion contenders and it doesn't sound like he'll be too happy if the players fail to deliver.

Speaking to lcfc.com he said.

'I'm looking for a response from our players and also for us to be as positive as we can. We need to make an impact on our league position, we need to make steady improvement.'

Pearson does however concede that the league is competitive, and that Peterborough will be a tough test as he knows Darren Ferguson well. But irrespective of that he doesn't see why we can't get back to winning ways.
