Peltier - I Thought We'd Get The Point
Lee Peltier has admitted that he thought Leicester were going to hold on for the point until Hull's late sucker punch robbed us of it.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury the right back thought we were worthy of a share of the spoils after playing with 10 men for more than an hour following the, somewhat harsh, dismissal of Matt Mills.
'The late goal was a big blow and I thought we were doing really well up until then. Unfortunately, their guy popped up with the winner at the end. We had defended well and I thought we were going to see the game out.'
As for Mills who is garnering a reputation as somebody friendly with the cards, Peltier added.
'He's not had much luck, but it looked like Matt had made a really good tackle, but his trailing leg caught McLean.'
