Blackpool Result Will Boost Pompey Draw
Matt Mills has said that if Leicester can take all 3 points off Blackpool, the point gained at Pompey will look even better.
Speaking to lcfc.com Mills said a positive result against Blackpool, that would push us up into the play off places, would be a perfect response since Nigel Pearson came in.
'Winning the home games is vital for us. Saturday was a point in the right direction, but we can definitely make it a better point with victory on Tuesday.'
Mills adds that it's case though of very much focusing on our own strengths and our game plan as we move forward, as opposed to trying to second guess our opponents, and he says Pearson's attitude on that focus has been refreshing since he came in.
'The manager's philosophy on that has been refreshing since he's come in. If we do the right things we can get the right result. If we can go on an unbeaten run I'm sure we'll be there or there abouts by the end of the season.'
