Form Is No Reason To Panic

Lee Peltier has said that City's recent form shouldn't be a cause for concern amongst the fanbase.

Speaking to lcfc.com the full back said he believed a surge of good form when we welcome our new manager will more than make up for recent hiccups in the league.

'We knew if we'd won on Sunday then we would have put ourselves right up there, but the league is so open that a run of wins back to back will put us right back amongst it. I don't think there's anything to worry about yet because there are a lot of games to play.'

Peltier also adds that the squad cannot use the change of manager as an excuse for our form.

'I haven't seen it as a problem, we're all professionals, we all know what we've got to do and that's go out and win.'
