Caretakers Proud Following Loss

Mike Stowell and Jon Rudkin chose to focus on our second half performance and the positives they saw as we lost 3-2 to West Ham today.

Speaking to lcfc.com Stowell said.

'I thought he were awesome in the second half, we showed some fight and we were unlucky not to come away with a point.'

The question was obviously asked about the managerial slot, and Rudkin answered.

'The owners have entrusted us to look after the team, we will continue to do this job as long as the owners require us to.'

Bit anti-climatic following the week we've had really. We could've done with the win to steady the ship, but even ignoring the second half performance and the positives we can take from it, the loss just heaps more pressure on our fast acting board and whether they got it wrong.
