Schlupp To Be Offered New Deal
Despite still having two years left on his current contract, Sven has confirmed that the club want to tie the youngster down for far longer.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury Sven was clearly pleased with the 18 year old's progress so far this season, and following reports of a number of clubs keeping tabs on him, the club are moving quickly to secure his long term future.
'He has two more years left on his contract but he will have another one, no doubt about it. The club has started talks with his agent. He is a great prospect for the future and we are very happy with him.'
If we can get him tied down on a four or five year contract that would be perfect.
