Apichet Raksriaksorn Says Sven Will Be Backed
Aiyawatt's brother has said that Sven-Goran Eriksson will be backed in January, contradicting speculation that the owners are seriously displeased with our start to the season.
The pledge came from Apichet whilst in Thailand, and although he holds no role within the club, if Sven was getting a bit nervous, it will have come as a welcome relief.
'Sven has all the say on what and who he wants. He has assembled a strong squad, however, if he feels the need to add to it, we will back him during the next transfer window.'
However, Apichet did add that.
'I expect us to challenge for the Championship title and be in the Premier League next season. If we can't get up to the top tier soon, at least within the next few seasons, we will view that as a big failure.'
