Eriksson - We Were Unlucky
Sven-Goran Eriksson believes that we were desperately unlucky to not come away with 3 points yesterday against Nottingham Forest.
Speaking to lcfc.com following the game, the boss said of the ridiculous penalty decision.
'If that is a penalty, then it is a soft penalty. Of course we are disappointed, but at least we didn't lose and I felt we played well. We played good football and we showed an improvement from the previous two games, which is something we must take in to the next games.'
As for the second goal, the second half in general and all the other 'highlights' from the game Sven added.
'Forest kept coming at us and unfortunately we just couldn't hold on for another minute or so. But today I don't want to blame anyone. We must take the positives, hopefully the errors we have made will not happen again.'
