'If It's Football, It's Vital'
Fernandez And Another Striker In
Sven-Goran Eriksson has confirmed that Gelson Fernandez will be joining on a season long loan soon, and that we are in the hunt for another striker.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury Eriksson said of Fernandez.
'Gelson, yes, it will be official very soon.'
On the subject of a striker, Nicky Manard and Jong Tae Se, he said that another striker would be coming in, but it didn't believe it would be concluded prior to our Championship opener against Coventry.
'We are working on different targets and I am not sure if something will happen before next Saturday, but sooner or later it will happen. Jong is one on a long list, he is a good striker, but he is only one name.'
