Eriksson Praise For Steve Howard
Sven-Goran Eriksson has hailed the performance of Steve Howard in last night's friendly against Vasalund.
The 35 year old striker found the net four times in the game, two from the penalty spot, and has certainly shown that Sven should keep him in his plans.
Speaking to lcfc.com Eriksson said of the striker following the game.
'If he scores four goals every game he can go on and play, I have no problem with that! Steve just needs to go on as he is doing. He's had a good pre season, worked very hard and he's in great shape. He's doing very well.'
It's certainly the right response from the player given the influx of newbies to the team.
