Leicester In Talks With Sheff United Over Evans
Sky Sports are reporting that we are in negotiations with Sheffield United for Welsh International Ched Evans.
With United keen to cut costs following their relegation last season, a number of clubs are chasing the 22 year old who is reported to be one of their top earners.
Sven of course knows the player from their time at Manchester City, so whether this is creative journalism based on that, time will tell.
There are no official quotes, but Evans would be the type of player we are going for. Young, highly rated, an international and somebody you would expect to have a long future in the Premier League.
