King hints at signing new deal

Leicester midfielder Andy King has dropped the biggest hint yet that he will commit his future to the club.

King was offered a new contract to stay at the Walkers Stadium last week alongside Paul Gallagher and Richie Wellens, but is yet to put pen to paper on any new deal.

Wellens and Gallagher both commited their Foxes futures, and it appears King may also be ready to when he returns from international duty with Wales.

"I'm away and that's where my concentration will be focused but I'm happy here and I'd like to stay," he told BBC Radio Leicester.

"I enjoy my football here. I've been here so long and I feel at home"

The 22-year-old only signed a four-year deal last summer, but the Foxes have acted quickly to ensure their talismanic captain will remain at the club to beat off Premier League interest.

King is currently preparing to face England with Gary Speed's Wales side, but could sign any new deal upon his return next week.
