Foxes land Chelsea youngster

Leicester have captured Chelsea centre-back Jeffrey Bruma on loan until the end of the season.

The Foxes made attempts to sign the highly-rated youngster on transfer deadline day, but were eventually thwarted by father time before a deal could be struck.

But with Chelsea signing Benfica centre-half David Luiz, the Blues have allowed Bruma to join Sven-Goran Eriksson's Foxes revolution until the end of the campaign.

The 19-year-old has made ten appearances for the Premier League champions so far this term, including a start in the Champions League against Zilina.

The Dutch starlet has already represented the full national side, making his debut in a friendly match against Ukraine back in September.

Bruma's entrance looks set to pave the way for Jack Hobbs to move out on loan in his bid for first team football.
