Leicester have missed out on the signing of Crewe's midfielder Kenny Lunt despite being strongly linked.

The 26-year-old has instead moved to Hillsborough signing a three year deal with Sheffield Wednesday.

they were talking about us or Wolves... what possessed him to go to Wednesday - may have beena star at Crewe and didnt want a 'bigger pond' perhaps?

Maybe we made him a better offer than 'bigger' clubs, gentlemen. Maybe he liked what our manager had to say. Who knows? We got him. Well chuffed.
