Leicester manager Nigel Pearson has swooped quickly to sign 34 year-old Hull City goalkeeper Tony Warner on an emergency one month loan.
Warner will be the Foxes' sixth goalkeeper of the season following a string of injuries to several other first choice 'keepers.
Paul Henderson has been injured for much of the season, with on loan Liverpool goalkeeper David Martin also sidelined from an injury suffered at home to Swindon a few weeks ago.
Pearson replaced Martin with Mark Bunn, who was recalled by parent club Blackburn Rovers following injury to Paul Robinson.
David Stockdale was next to solve Leicester's goalkeeping crisis, but the on loan Fulham man suffered injury in Leicester's midweek defeat at Tranmere.
With only Carl Pentney to call upon, an unproven youth goalkeeper, Pearson has decided to bring Warner on board to ease his current goalkeeping problem.
Pearson: 'Tony has got stacks of experience and I am delighted that we have been able to bring him on board.
'Tony has played at the highest level and will be an excellent addition to our squad.'
Warner is expected to go straight into the first team for Leicester's crucial match against Millwall at the New Den.
