'If It's Football, It's Vital'
Title More Important Than Golden Boot
Leicester City striker Matty Fryatt says his race for the golden boot must come second to the Foxes championship bid in his list of priorities. But the 20-goal hitman feels the title is Leicester's to lose.
"The way we're going at the moment there's no reason why we can't win the league. There's still a long way to go and anything can happen in football but we've got a ten point lead and it's in our own hands from here. We've only lost twice all season, which is a great record but we need to keep it up.
"I get asked a fair bit about the golden boot as well but to me it's very much a secondary thing. If I was to be top-scorer at the end of the season that would be great but Leicester's promotion is what really matters..."
