Pearson Praise For Fryatt

Pearson Praise For Fryatt

Free scoring Leicester striker Matty Fryatt has been praised by manager Nigel Pearson, not only for his goals, but the effort that he has put in this season.

Pearson feels that his work ethic sees him create chances for himself, as well as others: 'He works phenomenally hard for the team and he makes himself chances because of his work rate as much as anything,' Pearson told BBC Radio Leicester. 'We've got a number of quality players, certainly for this level and maybe the level above.'

Fryatt has scored 8 goals this season, which makes him second only to Bristol Rovers' Ricky Lambert, who has 9, as the League One top goalscorer.

Do you agree with Nigel Pearson's assessment of Matty Fryatt?
