Leicester secured a 1-0 home win over Hartlepool on Saturday.
The guests almost had a perfect start with Ritchie Humphreys' 25-yearder was kept out by Leicester 'keeper David Martin in the first minute. Minutes later the hosts took the lead when Matt Oakley (3) was on hand to convert. Oakley then cleared a Michael Nelson effort off the line, with James Brown also going close.
Leicester did have chances to secure the win, the best of which saw Matty Fryatt put over the bar and these missed chances almost cost them towards the end of the match but Martin saved well to deny Brown.
