Leicester have found out what they will have to pay Bury for Nicky Adams, with them also loaning out youngster Harry Worley.
Adams, who joined as a free agent in the summer on a three-year contract, will cost an initial fee of £100,000 with further add-ons possible. If Leicester gain promotion to the Championship this season Bury will receive a further £50,000, and depending on how many matches the 21-year-old plays for the club the fee could eventually be £225,000 all in.
Even though the midfielder was a free agent, as his contract with Bury had expired, a fee had to be paid as he is under 23 and this is what a panel has set.
He might have only signed in the summer but Worley has been allowed to leave the club already, as he has joined Luton on a one-month loan.
The 19-year-old signed from Chelsea on a three-year contract in May but hasn't yet featured this season so a loan move is a good thing as far as manager Nigel Pearson is concerned: 'He wants to be playing first-team football and I can understand his frustrations,' Pearson told official website. 'I'd rather see him go out on loan and gain some valuable experience rather than playing in the reserves here.'

Do you think that the fee, or eventual fee, that Leicester will have to pay Bury for Nicky Adams is fair? Do you also think that loaning Harry Worley to Luton is a good thing?
