Leicester City travel to another of their bogey grounds for tomorrow's Championship clash against Luton Town, and once more face a manager, Mike Newell, with Leicester connections.
Although City actually drew their last encounter at Kenilworth Road, by 1-1 in 1995 and won the previous one 2-0 in 1993, they'd have to go back eight more games until 1978 to boast of another win.
As last week against Hull though City are close to scoring 100 goals against the Hatters, needing three more and, strangely Leicester's biggest win, by 6-1, was in an away game at Fallon Lane, Luton in January 1899.
After beating ex-City manager Peter Taylor's Hull last week, Leicester now face a Luton side bossed by former City striker Mike Newell whose name has this week once again mentioned as a possible future Leicester manager.
But of the speculation which was dismissed as 'making no sense' by Vitalfootball Leicester City yesterday, Newell said: 'It's no surprise that it's resurfaced this week in the build-up to the game - that's what you expect of the newspapers.
'There's nothing I need or have to say on that matter - I've said everything a couple of weeks ago.
'Nothing's changed - why should it change?'
