Nigel Pearson is looking to make changes to the Leicester side for tonight's Carling Cup First Round match with Stockport at the Walkers Stadium.
The City gaffer isn't looking to make wholesale changes, as this could have a negative impact on the balance of the side, which he hopes to get right. He simply wants to give a few from the squad that didn't get to feature in the win over MK Dons a chance, which will give them a chance to stake a claim.
Paul Dickov, who arrived on the eve of the League One season kicking off, could be one of those that comes in for the match with our League One opponents, who we face again in the league on Saturday.
