Dickov set to complete his return to Leicester

A return to Leicester for Paul Dickov looked likely, then unlikely again but he is finally expected to complete a return to City in time for the start of the League One season, although I would doubt that he would not feature in the early weeks as he will be lacking in match fitness.

Blackpool and Toronto FC have both been chasing him as well, at one stage it was expected that he would return to Blackpool after a successful loan spell last season but then a move to the Canadian side who play in the MLS was expected, but neither have happened and his return to the Walkers Stadium is now, with this expected to be completed today.

It is thought that the Scot, now 35, will sign a one-year contract with the option of a second but no comment is being made by City until this is completed.
