Hinckley United vs Leicester

Hinckley United vs Leicester

Today will be the first chance for City fans to get a glimpse of the new arrivals and the new manager.

City travel for their first fixture of the pre-season to Hinckley's Marston Stadium.

The game will kick off at 3pm with tickets priced at £7 for adults and £3 concessions with it possible for fans to pay on the door.

Leicester have confirmed that they will be sending their full first-team squad so it will be a perfect opportunity to see new signings; Michael Morrison, Lloyd Dyer, Nicky Adams, Aleksander Tunchev and Kerrea Gilbert all in action.

The annual pre-season fixture against Hinckley normally provides a great day out for the children who can pick up autographs and meet the players.

This is the last game before a 22-man City squad jet off to Slovenia on Sunday on a 'bonding' trip.

We will want a result today, but that isn't the most important thing about this match is it. Building up strength and fitness etc. is the most important thing. Like FatherTed said in his article though it should be a great day out as usual for all concerned.
